"Buy A Block" Program

Many Shelters and Rescues are forced to close their doors to new birds in a short period of time due to overcrowding.  In the Northeast, we do not have the luxury of using outdoor aviaries.  All birds must have a building as shelter.  Arcadia Bird Sanctuary and Educational Center has planned a building program that will allow us to continue to be a shelter for unwanted and abused birds.  This plan will enable us to take in all who come to us.

You can become apart of our growth by buying a "Building Block" that will be incorporated into the new buildings as they are built.  Dedications and gifts are encouraged, as well as, testimonials.  Groups and clubs are encouraged to participate.

How It Works

$100 - Put Your name on the "Honor Roll"

 $250 - Buys a brick and a plaque with your name

 $500 - Buys a cinder block and a plaque with your name

$1,000 - Donation - We will dedicate a board that will be prominently placed

$2,500 - Donation - Builds an aviary. We need 3 small aviaries, one for lovebirds, one for parakeets and one for cockatiels.

100% of all donations in the "Buy A Block" program will go to the building fund.
